Community is absolutely core to everything we do as a company.

Our wizards educate the wider crypto world, create amazing work, support and encourage each other - and much more.

Dune would be nothing without them. But there’s an exchange of value both ways. The Dune platform provides an avenue for many smart minds in the space to contribute, grow and develop. We want to double down on this in various ways - and support our community in achieving their goals.

With this in mind, we’re launching a program to develop and reward stellar Wizards: Wizard Grants

Wizard grants will be awarded to our most engaged and active community members - and to those with talent that we want to help nurture & grow.

Those who are awarded a Wizard grant will become resident Wizards.

The Dune Team will help to guide their efforts and help them to evolve into an even more powerful analyst. That said, they will maintain their independence and will not become members of the core Dune Team.

A community thrives through coordination, cooperation and horizontal engagement. We hope to boost all of these, while providing financial incentives and support for our most dedicated & prolific users.

Resident Wizards will also help with our education, coordination and partnership efforts. This should in turn lead to a more productive and engaged core dune community. They will be awarded a grant of $10,000 for a 3 month residency.

To start with, we’ve chosen 3 Resident Wizards - jh, Chuxin & hildobby. We will be actively looking to recruit more in the future.

We hope to foster a dynamic, exciting community of like-minded individuals focused on pushing themselves and the Dune platform to new heights. Wizard grants are merely the first step, & we have many initiatives in the works to reward our contributors.
